We started as BlockIt, building referral management tools to keep patients in-network for the nation's largest health systems. Working alongside those systems taught us something important: every broken workflow—every lost referral, every leaked patient, every revenue gap — traces back to the same root cause. Disconnected data.

So we built Alluvium—one platform that unifies the entire access operation, from provider data governance through patient scheduling, referral closure, and enterprise performance intelligence. One source of truth. One intelligence layer. One place to manage access with the rigor and discipline it's always deserved.

Jake leads Alluvium's vision and strategy, focused on helping health systems make smarter decisions about access, capacity, and network performance. 

Prior to Alluvium, Jake spent time at Dell working in corporate strategy and M&A, where he became known for turning around underperforming business units. He's the kind of person who leans into complexity instead of away from it—but after years of "cool projects," he wanted to solve problems that created more lasting, human impact. 

Jake's a self-described decision-making nerd who geeks out over how organizations can make smarter choices with better data. Outside of work, he's into urban farming, re-localizing economies, and investing in other entrepreneurs trying to build something meaningful.

Sean Workman

Sean keeps Alluvium's financial operations running smoothly, from billing and compliance to strategic planning. 

Prior to Alluvium, Sean spent his career in accounting and finance within the software industry, building expertise in everything from HIPAA compliance to complex billing processes. He's the kind of finance leader who understands both the numbers and the operational reality behind them, a rare combo that's been essential as Alluvium has scaled. 

When he's not balancing the books, Sean trains as a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and wrangles three kids in his hometown of McKinney, Texas- a different kind of balance sheet entirely.

Steve Corona

Steve Corona

Steve oversees Alluvium's technology strategy and platform architecture, building the systems that power enterprise-wide access and capacity performance for health systems. 

Prior to Alluvium, Steve built TwitPic- a photo sharing app that scaled to 50 million users and billions of photos before being acquired by Twitter. He went on to lead platform and engineering teams at Life360 and BigCommerce, where he became known for designing systems that could handle massive scale without breaking. He's also written two books on software architecture and scalability. 

Steve lives in Austin with his 3 cats. He’s an avid globetrotter and writes song lyrics for fun- proof that not all CTOs fit the stereotype.

Stacie's path to healthcare technology began where few technology leaders start — inside the health system itself. That foundation gave her an enduring understanding of how health systems work, how they could work better, and what patients and providers need most. 

At Alluvium, Stacie leads the operational engine of the business — focused on building scalable infrastructure, teams, and processes that ensure patients can access the care they need, when they need it. 

Stacie is board chair of Girls on the Run Northeast Ohio, an avid traveler, and happily makes her home among the trees in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio.

Paul Huelskamp

Paul Huelskamp 

Chief Revenue Officer 

Paul leads Alluvium's revenue creation and marketing efforts, working with healthcare providers and payers across the country to help them solve access and capacity challenges. 

Prior to Alluvium, Paul served in healthcare operations, quality measurement and improvement, sales and service, and corporate leadership roles. His past career stops include time with Qualtrics, GetWell, Press Ganey, NRC Health, and several other organizations where he consistently expanded into new markets, launched new service lines, and secured major enterprise clients. Paul began his career in the Air Force Medical Service serving in various hospital administration roles, concluding his career as the Administrator for the Air Force Surgeon Generals’ Clinical Quality Management Division. 

Paul spends his spare time playing with his "Grands,” boating on the lake in his hometown outside of Charlotte and volunteering in his community.
